Send Claude content to self-hosted WordPress as a draft
The GoPublish connector lets Claude create review-ready posts on self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Add a site through WordPress's own revocable Application Password approval screen; no WordPress.com account, Jetpack, or GoPublish plugin installation is required.
Every connector-created post is forced to draft. The connector cannot publish, update, or delete posts. Open the returned WordPress edit link to review and publish manually.

How to connect
- Choose GoPublish in Claude and sign in with Google. A free GoPublish account is created if the verified email is new.
- Review your connected sites or enter the HTTPS address of a self-hosted WordPress site.
- Approve GoPublish for Claude on WordPress's own Application Password screen, then return to GoPublish.
- Confirm the displayed site and permissions, click Connect to Claude, and ask Claude to create a draft.
Data handling
GoPublish processes the title, Markdown body, optional excerpt, and slug only to create the requested draft on the selected site. Article content is not stored in the connector operation record or export audit history. Audit records contain operational metadata such as account, site ID, post ID, status, time, and request ID. OAuth tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. The WordPress Application Password is encrypted at rest, never sent to Claude, and can be revoked from the user's WordPress profile.
Requirements
A Google account and an HTTPS self-hosted WordPress site running WordPress 5.6 or newer are required. The WordPress user approving the connection must be able to create posts. WordPress.com connections are not exposed by this connector.
